Blissgenx provides educational, meditation, mindfulness, and personal-development content.
Our courses and services are not intended to provide:
- Medical diagnosis.
- Medical treatment.
- Mental-health therapy.
- Emergency support.
- Prescription or medication advice.
- Legal, tax, or financial advice.
- A substitute for care from a licensed professional.
Using Blissgenx does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, financial-adviser, or other licensed professional relationship.
You are responsible for deciding whether a course, meditation, exercise, or educational practice is appropriate for you.
Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating if you:
- Have a medical or mental-health condition.
- Are pregnant.
- Have a history of fainting, seizures, breathing difficulties, or serious physical limitations.
- Are receiving medical or psychological treatment.
- Have concerns about participating safely.
If you experience pain, severe discomfort, emotional distress, dizziness, breathing difficulty, or another concerning reaction, stop the activity and seek appropriate professional assistance.
5. No Promise of Specific Results
Every student’s experience is different.
Blissgenx does not promise or guarantee:
- Medical healing or recovery.
- Emotional or psychological transformation.
- Financial success or increased income.
- Improved relationships.
- Employment or business opportunities.
- Particular meditation experiences.
- Certification as a licensed medical or mental-health professional.
- Any specific personal, physical, spiritual, educational, or financial outcome.
Testimonials and personal stories describe individual experiences. They do not guarantee that another student will receive the same result.
Your results may depend on many factors, including your participation, personal circumstances, decisions, consistency, and use of the material.
6. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to independently create an account or purchase a Blissgenx course.
A parent or legal guardian may purchase eligible educational content for family viewing.
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password.
- Keep control of your login credentials.
- Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Accept responsibility for activity occurring through your account.
You may not impersonate another person, create an account using false information, or use another student’s identity.
7. Family Viewing and Individual Certification
We understand that families may wish to learn together.
When one household member purchases an eligible course, other members of the same household may watch the course with the purchaser for personal and noncommercial family use.
However:
- The account belongs to the registered purchaser.
- Login information may not be publicly shared or distributed outside the household.
- One purchase creates one registered student enrollment.
- Assessments and course progress apply to the registered student.
- Only the registered student is eligible for a certificate.
- Each additional person seeking a certificate must separately enroll and satisfy the course requirements.
Family viewing does not give family members permission to teach, reproduce, resell, record, publish, or distribute the course.
8. Course Purchases and Pricing
Course descriptions, prices, access terms, and included materials will be shown before checkout.
You agree to review this information carefully before making a purchase.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes or legally permitted charges may be added when required.
Blissgenx may change future course prices, bundles, discounts, or promotional offers. A later price change will not normally affect a purchase that has already been completed.
Promotional codes:
- Must be used before their expiration date.
- May be limited to specific courses or customers.
- Cannot normally be exchanged for cash.
- May not be combined unless expressly permitted.
- May be withdrawn if obtained or used improperly.
9. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, Apple, Google, banks, card networks, or other approved payment services.
By making a purchase, you confirm that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- The billing information you provide is accurate.
- You authorize the applicable charge.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes and fees shown at checkout.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or charged back without a valid reason, access to the related course may be suspended while the matter is investigated.
Please contact us first if you believe a payment was duplicated or charged incorrectly. We will make a sincere effort to investigate and resolve the issue.
10. Refund Policy
Because our courses contain digital educational content that may become available immediately after purchase, purchases are generally final once payment has been completed and course access has been provided.
We do not normally issue refunds because a student:
- Changes their mind.
- No longer has time to participate.
- Does not complete the course.
- Decides that the content is not the right fit.
- Fails to access the purchased materials.
- Expected a particular personal result that was not guaranteed.
We will assist when a genuine technical problem prevents reasonable access to purchased content.
Please contact us if:
- A video or file is corrupted or damaged.
- Purchased content is missing.
- You received access to the wrong course.
- A verified technical problem within our platform prevents access.
Our first step will normally be to repair the problem, restore access, replace the affected material, or provide another reasonable solution.
If we confirm that the purchased content cannot be accessed because of a problem within our control and we cannot correct it within a reasonable period, we may provide an appropriate full or partial refund.
Nothing in these terms removes any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
11. Course Access
When you purchase a course, you receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access the course according to the terms displayed at checkout.
Course access may depend on:
- Maintaining an active account.
- Following these Terms of Service.
- Using a supported device and browser.
- Having a stable internet connection.
- Meeting any stated course requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of the videos, manuals, meditations, methods, trademarks, recordings, or other materials to you.
We may perform maintenance, updates, or security work that temporarily affects access. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize unnecessary interruptions.
12. Intellectual Property
All Blissgenx materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Unless you receive written permission from Blissgenx, you may not:
- Copy or reproduce course materials.

- Download content not offered for download.
- Share files or account access publicly.
- Sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute materials.
- Upload materials to social media or another platform.
- Translate, adapt, or create derivative courses.
- Use materials to train an artificial-intelligence system.
- Teach Blissgenx content commercially.
- Remove copyright, ownership, or branding notices.
- Present the teachings as your own original work.
You may use the purchased materials for your own personal and noncommercial learning.
13. Instructor and Teaching Rights
Completing a course or receiving a certificate does not automatically authorize a student to teach, reproduce, license, or sell Blissgenx material.
Teaching rights, instructor status, and commercial permissions require:
- Completion of the applicable instructor pathway.
- Satisfaction of all stated requirements.
- Written approval from Blissgenx.
- Compliance with any separate instructor or licensing agreement.
- Continued adherence to quality and ethical standards.
Blissgenx may distinguish between:
- Course completion.

- Online Instructor or Diploma Instructor status.
- Master Online Instructor status.
- Licensed teaching rights.
A certificate must not be described as a government license, academic degree, medical credential, or professional clinical qualification unless expressly stated and legally recognized as such.
14. Certificates
Certificates may be issued after a registered student completes the applicable requirements.
These requirements may include:
- Viewing required lessons.
- Completing assessments.
- Participating in required activities.
- Meeting attendance requirements.
- Making all required payments.
- Following academic and conduct standards.
Certificates confirm completion of a Blissgenx educational program. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they do not represent:
- Government accreditation.
- A university degree.
- A medical license.
- A psychotherapy license.
- A counseling license.
- Authorization to diagnose or treat health conditions.
- Guaranteed employment.
- Automatic permission to teach Blissgenx content.
We may refuse, suspend, or revoke a certificate obtained through fraud, impersonation, cheating, unauthorized account sharing, or material violation of these terms.
15. Respectful Participation
Blissgenx is intended to be a respectful and supportive learning environment.
When interacting with instructors, staff, students, or community features, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse another person.
- Discriminate against another person.

- Pretend to be an instructor or representative of Blissgenx.
- Use the platform for unlawful, exploitative, or harmful purposes.
Honest and respectful disagreement is allowed. Students are welcome to share genuine opinions and reviews about their experiences.
16. Reviews and Testimonials
You may provide an honest review of your experience.
Blissgenx will not require you to give up your right to provide an honest opinion.
You agree that a review should not:
- Contain knowingly false statements.
- Reveal another person’s private information.
- Infringe intellectual-property rights.
- Include unlawful threats, harassment, or discrimination.
We will not publicly use your name, photograph, video, or personal testimonial for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.
17. Live Events and Webinars
Separate details may apply to live or in-person events, including:
- Dates and schedules.
- Attendance requirements.
- Location rules.
- Recording policies.
- Safety instructions.
- Travel and accommodation responsibilities.
- Cancellation or rescheduling terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, students are responsible for their own:
- Transportation.
- Accommodation.
- Meals.
- Visa or travel documentation.
- Personal expenses.
- Health and travel insurance.
Blissgenx may reschedule, relocate, postpone, or cancel an event when reasonably necessary because of safety concerns, instructor availability, venue problems, illness, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
When an event is materially changed or canceled, we will communicate the available options to affected participants.
18. Third-Party Services
Our services may include or link to third-party platforms, including:
- Payment processors.
- Video-hosting services.
- Social-media platforms.
- Webinar providers.
- Mobile app stores.

You are responsible for maintaining:
- A compatible device.
- A supported internet browser.
- A stable internet connection.
- Sufficient device storage.
- Current software and security updates.
- Working audio or video capabilities when required.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide technical assistance. However, we cannot guarantee that every course will function on every device, browser, network, or outdated operating system.
20. Suspension or Termination
We may temporarily suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:
- Fraud or payment abuse.
- Unauthorized account sharing.
- Copying or distributing course materials.
- Serious harassment or harmful conduct.
- Security concerns.
- Unlawful activity.
- Impersonation.
- Material violation of these terms.
When appropriate, we will attempt to explain the concern and provide an opportunity to resolve it.
Immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect students, intellectual property, platform security, or legal rights.
Termination does not automatically create a right to a refund when access was removed because of a material violation by the user.
You may stop using Blissgenx at any time. You may contact us to request account closure, subject to records we must retain for legal, payment, certificate, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.
21. Availability and Changes to Services
We may improve, update, replace, or discontinue features, course materials, instructors, or platform technology.
We will not intentionally remove a purchased course without considering reasonable alternatives for students who have valid access.
Possible alternatives may include:
- Continued access for a transition period.
- Replacement content.
- Access through another platform.
- A partial refund when appropriate.
- Another reasonable solution based on the circumstances.
We do not guarantee that the website or services will always operate without interruption or error.
22. Responsible Use of Meditation and Exercises
Meditations, breathing practices, visualizations, and other exercises should be used responsibly.
Do not participate while:
- Driving.
- Operating machinery.
- Performing an activity requiring full attention.
- In a location where relaxation or reduced awareness could create danger.
You remain responsible for your surroundings, decisions, physical safety, and appropriate use of the material.
23. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Blissgenx is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the services.
Blissgenx is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on educational content, including medical, psychological, financial, legal, relationship, employment, or investment decisions.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights or responsibility for intentional misconduct where exclusion is prohibited.
24. Your Responsibility for Misuse
You agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the services, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorized distribution of materials, or material violation of these terms.
This provision does not require you to accept responsibility for conduct caused by Blissgenx or for rights that cannot legally be waived.

- The resolution you are requesting.
We will make a good-faith effort to review and respond within a reasonable period.

This informal process does not prevent either party from seeking urgent legal protection or exercising a right that cannot legally be restricted.
26. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States, without unnecessarily limiting any mandatory consumer protection available in your place of residence.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings relating to these terms may be brought in an appropriate court located in San Diego County, California.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service when our courses, business practices, technology, or legal responsibilities change.
The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
When a material change affects an existing purchase or an important user right, we may provide additional notice by email, through the website, or through the user’s account.
Changes will not be applied retroactively when doing so would unlawfully reduce rights connected to a completed purchase.
28. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, course description, checkout disclosures, and any separate written agreement applicable to a particular service, form the agreement between you and Blissgenx.
